Lead Software Developer XR

About the role

As a Lead Software Developer XR, you will guide the in-house XR development team while remaining hands-on with the codebase for at least 50% of your time. You will lead technical design and architecture decisions, ensure software quality and security, and coach developers of various experience levels. The role involves collaborating with Product Owners and other stakeholders to deliver reliable XR solutions for global customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain XR functionalities using C# and Unity
• Lead sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement
• Perform code reviews and enforce coding and security standards
• Make technical design, architecture, tooling, and framework decisions
• Analyze and resolve complex technical problems and production incidents
• Coach and support Senior, Medior, and Junior Developers
• Distribute tasks and monitor team capacity in collaboration with the Development Manager
• Stimulate shift-left testing, collaboration, and continuous improvement
