About the role
As an E-Commerce intern, you will analyze the customer journey to optimize search, product pages, and checkout processes. You will contribute to the development of new shop features, conduct A/B tests, and explore AI-driven solutions for the online shop. This role involves working closely with development and marketing teams to drive data-informed improvements.
Responsibilities
- Analyze the customer journey to improve search, product pages, and checkout
- Develop new shop features from ideation through testing to go-live
- Work with GA4 and dashboards to derive actionable improvements from data
- Develop hypotheses and support A/B testing
- Test new AI features such as guided selling or conversational shopping
- Collaborate with development, marketing, and other teams
