Account Executive

About the role

The Account Executive is a pivotal role responsible for driving new business, nurturing existing client relationships, and identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities. This individual will manage a specific territory or named accounts to ensure consistent growth and revenue maximization. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to deliver digital marketing solutions and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and identify new business opportunities within the designated territory or named accounts
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through networking, research, and referrals
• Present digital marketing solutions to potential clients to meet their business objectives
• Foster and grow relationships with existing clients in collaboration with Solution Consultants and Customer Success Managers
• Recognize and pursue opportunities to offer additional or premium services to current clients
• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the assigned territory or named accounts
• Utilize CRM tools to track interactions, sales progress, and client information
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure client expectations are met
