Program Manager

About the role

Arlo Solutions is seeking a Program Manager to support strategic and operational efforts across the full lifecycle of contract management. The role involves scoping proposed contracts, serving as a transition manager for new projects, and providing interim leadership during vacancies to ensure operational success and department growth.

Responsibilities

• Strategically and operationally support the goals of the Programs Department by developing technical solution frameworks, policies, and procedures.
• Liaise with business development teams to advise on technical solutions, staffing models, pricing, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Serve as a Transition Program Manager for new contracts, leading technical kick-offs, hiring staff, and developing management tools.
• Act as an interim program manager during vacancies and manage long-term contracts as needed.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with government personnel, teaming partners, and internal departments.
• Manage contract risks, monitor quality, and oversee the delivery of project management deliverables for IDIQ and GWA contracts.

Qualifications
