Software Quality Operations Specialist

About the role

The Software Quality Operations team is responsible for enabling safe and successful scale-up into new international markets through adaptable and scalable operations. This role focuses on technical triage, issue discovery, and the development of machine learning workflows to support the deployment of autonomous vehicle services. You will act as a subject matter expert for technical policies and collaborate with engineering teams to drive quality assurance and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Engineering to design, test, and deploy machine learning and generative AI models to improve issue detection and triage efficiency.
• Identify emerging on-road issue trends, risk scenarios, and edge cases using AI-powered insights.
• Define and document new policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures for vendor workflows.
• Design and implement quality control processes for human and AI-generated outputs, specifically for Canadian and Australian driving rules.
• Act as a subject matter expert for technical policies and provide leadership to stakeholders to enhance workflows.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in a technical or analytical field
