About the role

Newboxes is seeking a student to support project teams in planning, managing, and executing complex industrial projects. You will assist in structuring project documentation, preparing status reports, and facilitating decision-making processes while working alongside experienced consultants. This role offers the opportunity to gain deep insights into project management, governance, and industrial transformation within a professional consulting environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, organization, and management of industrial and transformation projects
• Create and maintain project plans, action lists, status reports, and project documentation
• Track tasks, milestones, and decisions
• Prepare information for project, management, and steering meetings
• Conduct analyses and research to support project decisions
• Prepare presentations, evaluations, and management documents
• Support the standardization and optimization of project management processes

Qualifications
