Manager CEO Office

About the role

As a senior member of the Founders' Office, you will take the company's highest-priority projects from inception to completion. You will own cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, conduct opportunity assessments, and provide recommendations to support the Founders in identifying new areas for growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-importance, high-urgency strategic projects end-to-end by defining problems, coordinating stakeholders, and driving outcomes.
• Take charge of initiatives that cut across departments, including commercial, product, or operations.
• Conduct opportunity assessments to provide recommendations for growth and evaluate new markets, business lines, and products.
• Manage multiple workstreams or several projects in parallel depending on scale.
• Identify and execute on new strategic priorities for the company.
