Working Student Deposit Integration Operations

About the role

The Deposits Integration Operations team acts as the operational gatekeeper and bridge between Product, Engineering, and partner banks. This role involves managing the end-to-end operational integration of banking partners and ensuring secure, automated, and audit-compliant deposit lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Support the processing of interest rate change requests from partner banks across all designated platforms.
• Assist in the creation, maintenance, and technical setup of partner bank profiles within the company's Content Management System (CMS).
• Draft and maintain formal deposit documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy of information provided to customers.
• Conduct regular quality assurance testing, data validation, and daily monitoring of operational workflows to safeguard data integrity.
• Execute end-to-end operational updates, ensuring all system changes are fully validated, documented, and published in a timely manner.
