Manager, Process Architect

About the role

Checkout.com is seeking a strategic Process Architecture Manager to lead operational excellence within the Finance function. The role involves designing processes, defining frameworks for global FinOps scaling, and partnering with Finance leadership to drive continuous improvement and address operational inefficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior Finance leaders to identify critical operational bottlenecks and prioritize initiatives.
• Establish standards, methodologies, and toolkits to ensure consistency and quality across process improvement projects.
• Own the end-to-end architecture of complex, cross-functional workflows to ensure financial operations scale seamlessly.
• Define and oversee the reporting of key operational KPIs and identify systemic performance gaps.
• Lead the change management aspect of process re-engineering to ensure smooth adoption by global teams.
