Engineering Manager - Experimentation

About the role

The Engineering Manager for Experimentation will lead a distributed team of engineers focused on the Confidence platform, which enables rapid product iteration and data-driven decision-making. This role involves coaching team members, fostering a strong engineering culture, and partnering with product managers to define technical strategy and ensure high-quality delivery. The manager will balance people development with occasional hands-on engineering contributions to support the growth of a commercial SaaS product.

Responsibilities

• Work with Staff engineers to formulate technical strategy.
