Engineering Manager: Agentic Integrations

About the role

As an Engineering Manager on the Agentic Integrations team, you will lead engineers in building and scaling integrations for Constructor's agentic products. This role operates at the intersection of customer needs, applied ML, and product engineering to bring agentic capabilities into real-world retail workflows. You will be responsible for setting the technical and operational direction for the team while balancing hands-on customer delivery with the development of reusable tooling and platform capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Scale agentic integrations from product functionality to reliable, production-grade customer deployments.
• Allocate team capacity across customer integration work and long-term investments in reusable tooling, templates, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Product, ML, Customer Success, and Solutions teams to prioritize customer needs and unblock adoption.
• Set high standards for architecture, testing, observability, and maintainability in customer-facing integrations.
• Create disciplined processes for scoping integrations, managing commitments, and handling escalations.
• Improve developer experience by driving clear documentation, reference implementations, and debugging tools.
• Own the end-to-end hiring process and coach engineers to develop both technical and customer-facing skills.
