About the role

The Head of HR Business Partner will lead the HR People Partner function and shape the people strategy to support Mistral AI's growth. This role involves partnering with senior leadership on organizational design, talent, and performance while coaching the HR team and developing scalable people policies. The position ensures consistent employee experiences and aligns people initiatives with business priorities across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the HR People Partner team, providing coaching, guidance, and support.
• Partner with senior leaders on organizational design, talent, performance, and employee relations topics.
• Define and evolve people strategies that support business priorities and organizational growth.
• Drive the development of scalable People policies, programs, and processes across the organization.
• Use People metrics and organizational insights to inform decisions and advise leadership.
• Ensure a consistent employee experience and approach to people practices across teams and geographies.
• Champion Mistral AI's culture by embedding its values into leadership practices and People initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
