Purchasing & Supply Chain

About the role

Monumental is seeking a proactive Purchaser to help build and manage our supply chain from the ground up. You will ensure the timely availability of parts for robot production by managing suppliers, tracking lead times, and maintaining inventory levels. This role involves close collaboration with engineering teams to refine procurement processes and transition from manual systems to an ERP.

Responsibilities

• Work with engineering teams to predict part requirements and ensure timely ordering.
• Set up and maintain the Bill of Materials (BoM).
• Identify, qualify, and manage supplier relationships.
• Set delivery expectations and resolve issues regarding delays, quality, or inventory.
• Manage the sourcing and ordering of production tools and materials.
• Develop and improve processes for stock management and financial forecasting.
• Lead the implementation and migration of procurement processes into a future ERP system.

Qualifications
