Forward Deployed Engineer

About the role

The Forward Deployed Engineer is responsible for the technical execution of integrating the company's AI-native supply chain platform into client environments. This role bridges engineering, client operations, and AI implementation to build custom integrations, automations, and AI workflows. The successful candidate will define the forward deployment function while ensuring the reliability and performance of live client systems.

Responsibilities

• Build integrations between the platform and client systems such as ERPs, WMS, TMS, and data warehouses.
• Deploy alongside clients to understand operational workflows and identify necessary configurations.
• Design, implement, and iterate on AI workflows including agentic flows, prompt engineering, and context design.
• Own the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of live deployments by monitoring outputs and fixing failure modes.
• Translate field learnings into structured product feedback, technical documentation, and reusable playbooks.
