About the role
Xempus is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead software engineers both disciplinary and professionally. You will align engineering activities with company vision, oversee technical initiatives from conception to operation, and foster the development of cross-functional teams. The role involves bridging technical possibilities with business requirements while ensuring high standards of software quality and architecture.
Responsibilities
- Lead software engineers in both disciplinary and professional capacities.
- Support the personal and professional development of team members.
- Oversee technical initiatives including planning, architecture, and quality assurance.
- Prioritize technical topics in the product backlog in collaboration with Product Owners.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards, best practices, and quality requirements.
- Drive the continuous improvement of engineering processes and knowledge management.
- Support the modernization and long-term scalability of the platform.
