The Team Lead DevOps & Cloud Solutions will provide both technical and disciplinary leadership for an experienced team focused on development, DevOps, architecture, and IT consulting. This role involves active participation in customer projects, architectural decision-making, and the development of new business opportunities. The position offers the opportunity to shape structures, best practices, and the service portfolio within a growing department.

Responsibilities

• Provide disciplinary and professional leadership to an experienced team.
• Establish best practices for collaboration, technical quality, and project management.
• Support team members in their professional development and handle organizational challenges.
• Actively participate in customer projects by providing technical consulting and implementation support.
• Design, implement, and optimize modern DevOps and cloud solutions.
• Identify new project potentials and support pre-sales activities including effort estimation and proposal development.
