Principal - Strategy and Execution

About the role

The Principal will manage client interactions and lead projects to develop pragmatic strategies and actionable insights. This role involves driving change management, overseeing strategic data-enabled hypotheses, and fostering the professional growth of team members through coaching and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with C-level stakeholders.
• Lead and develop teams in creating new business solutions via data-driven insights.
• Provide end-to-end project management to meet client expectations.
• Oversee work streams, initiatives, and senior stakeholder management.
• Formulate strategic data-enabled hypotheses and conduct advanced data analyses.
• Provide on-the-job coaching, continuous feedback, and performance evaluation for team members.
• Participate in internal initiatives and company-wide capability development.
