About the role

The Commercial Director will lead and optimize the commercial activities of multiple eye centers in Bern. This role involves strategic oversight, performance management, and team leadership to drive growth, enhance patient satisfaction, and ensure operational excellence. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and medical experts to achieve business goals within a dynamic healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial operations of multiple centers while ensuring adherence to company standards.
• Monitor operational performance indicators including patient satisfaction, financial metrics, revenue, expenses, and profitability.
• Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and cost control measures.
• Conduct performance evaluations and define goals to foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Formulate regional strategic plans aligned with overarching business objectives in coordination with the Head of Operations and local medical staff.
• Identify growth opportunities and implement marketing strategies to increase patient volume and market share.
