About the role
The Head of Artist & Label Product will lead the product organization responsible for Spotify's end-to-end proposition for music creators. This role involves setting strategy for artist tools, promotion, discovery, and insights while leading a team of product managers. The position requires balancing the needs of artists, labels, listeners, and the company to drive meaningful outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Set the strategy and direction for artist and label products, connecting tools, promotion, discovery, and insights into a coherent experience.
- Own business and product outcomes across the portfolio, translating long-term strategy into clear priorities and goals.
- Lead, coach, and develop product management managers and senior product managers.
- Advance the use of AI within the product organization to improve decision-making and value delivery.
- Make prioritization and resource decisions across product areas while navigating trade-offs.
- Partner with Design, Engineering, Product Insights, Content, and Business leaders to build high-quality products.
- Represent the needs of artists and labels in key business decisions and navigate the complex music ecosystem.

Qualifications
- 12+ years of product management experience
