People Operations Manager

About the role

Rogo is seeking a People Operations Manager to build and scale the People function across the UK and EMEA. This role involves shaping the employee experience, managing HR systems, and ensuring operational excellence in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will partner with leadership to drive expansion, manage compliance, and foster a strong company culture.

Responsibilities

• Shape the People approach for EMEA expansion, anticipating hiring and operational needs.
• Build and manage a thoughtful, efficient onboarding experience for new hires.
• Run performance review and engagement survey cycles, providing clear guidance to managers.
• Own People systems, workflows, and data accuracy across the employee lifecycle.
• Manage benefits programs and oversee immigration, visa sponsorship, and international relocations.
• Maintain employment policies and ensure compliance across multiple markets.
• Partner with managers on team growth, performance, and day-to-day people decisions.
