Product Manager On-Ramp & Swap

About the role

The Product Manager for On-Ramp & Swap will define and own the strategy for enabling users to exchange local currencies and tokens into USDT and XAUT within the Tether Wallet. This role involves mapping global payment landscapes, selecting and onboarding service partners, and managing the end-to-end integration and performance of these payment solutions. You will work at the intersection of product, payments, and partnerships to ensure a seamless, fast, and affordable user experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the strategy and roadmap for buying and swapping into USDT and XAUT in Tether Wallet.
• Collaborate with expansion teams to analyze target market payment landscapes, including local payment methods and regulatory requirements.
• Establish evaluation criteria and select optimal on-ramp and swap partners for each market.
• Lead the end-to-end partner onboarding process, coordinating with Legal, Compliance, and Business Development.
• Translate partner capabilities into product requirements and work with engineering and design to deliver in-app experiences.
• Define routing logic to offer users the best payment options based on location, currency, and availability.
• Track and optimize KPIs across the buy and swap funnel to improve conversion and manage partner performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in the financial industry
