About the role

As a Senior Lead Consultant for Defense & Resilience, you will advise private defense companies and security-related public sector clients on high-security digitalization and transformation projects. You will bridge the gap between technical expertise and military or governmental requirements to develop resilient strategies and solutions. You will work in interdisciplinary teams to translate complex technical challenges into concrete operational benefits.

Responsibilities

• Advise private and public clients in the defense and security sector on the development and implementation of high-security digitalization and transformation projects.
• Analyze complex professional, organizational, and technological challenges to develop robust solutions and target architectures.
• Translate military capabilities, operational requirements, and strategic goals into concrete digital solutions.
• Develop strategies, roadmaps, and concepts for the digitalization of security-relevant processes and structures.
• Accompany projects from strategic conception through professional design to implementation.
• Facilitate workshops with various stakeholders to align professional, technological, and strategic perspectives.
• Collaborate with experts in development, architecture, and delivery to ensure high-quality results.
• Monitor technological and security policy developments to derive relevant impulses for clients and the service portfolio.
