The Managing Director will lead a specialized Finance and BI company, overseeing both strategic direction and active project participation. You will act as both an operational consultant and a central leader, shaping market strategy and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Strategically and operationally develop the company alongside the existing team.
• Hold overall responsibility for client projects in finance, reporting, planning, and consolidation.
• Advise clients at the management level on business processes and data-driven solutions.
• Manage complex projects from conception to implementation with hands-on involvement.
• Lead, coach, and develop the team to ensure operational excellence.
• Support presales and pitch activities while shaping solution architectures.
