Responsibilities

• Maintain a cool head and overview while managing grill, tap, and cash operations.
• Take responsibility for the kiosk team and ensure compliance with break times and regulations.
• Coordinate and delegate tasks while actively supporting the team.
• Prepare and clean the sales stand and monitor inventory levels.
• Ensure strict adherence to hygiene standards.
