Solutions Architect - DACH

About the role

As a Solutions Architect for the DACH region, you will play an instrumental part in growing Cohere’s business across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You will partner with account executives and executive leadership to help leading enterprises and public institutions adopt AI securely and at scale. You will own the technical relationship with stakeholders, leading the design and deployment of customer pilots and shaping the future of Cohere products.

Responsibilities

• Leading the technical talk track on customer calls.
• Designing enterprise architectures for deployments, including on-prem, air-gapped and sovereign cloud setups.
• Working with customer executives to prioritise use cases, define success metrics and build the business case for AI adoption.
• Facilitating customer evaluations and pilots inside their stack.
• Owning the technical response of RFPs and public tenders.
• Developing and documenting processes to enable the solutions architect team to scale effectively.
• Collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to ensure offerings match customer needs.
• Working with partners to develop strategies for enabling and accelerating their customers.
