About the role
The AP/AR Lead will manage accounts receivable and accounts payable operations while leading a small team. This role ensures financial accuracy, timely payments, and effective reporting to support the company's mission of donating profits to clean water and sanitation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Drive day-to-day accounts receivable and accounts payable operations
- Manage and mentor two direct reports
- Prepare monthly AR ageing reports for the CFO and executive team
- Review weekly payments files and funding summaries
- Monitor customer accounts for risks and coordinate with customer-facing teams
- Assist with accurate and timely month-end financial closing processes
- Identify and implement improvements to financial operations processes
