About the role

As the Head of SAP, you will lead a team of approximately 15 employees and take responsibility for the professional, personnel, and economic aspects of the department. You will guide the division through significant changes, including S/4HANA transformations, while developing a future-proof SAP service model. This role offers the creative freedom to shape internal competencies, structures, and partnerships to ensure long-term performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the SAP department, providing orientation and fostering employee growth.
• Prepare the department for future demographic and technological shifts through strategic capacity building.
• Manage external SAP service providers, ensuring quality, cost-efficiency, and service levels.
• Maintain stable SAP operations while actively shaping the S/4HANA roadmap.
• Ensure economic efficiency and customer-oriented service delivery through transparent performance management.

Qualifications
