Head of Product

About the role

Dr. Ansay is looking for a Head of Product to join their scale-up phase and optimize product organization, efficiency, and strategy. This newly created role involves coordinating cross-product roadmaps, managing OKR cycles, and ensuring clear communication of product metrics and strategy across the company. You will report directly to the CPO and work closely with a team of product managers, UX designers, and engineering to drive product development.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-product roadmaps across multiple product lines and teams while identifying and resolving dependencies.
• Link team-level OKRs and Key Results with the overarching product strategy and manage the planning and evaluation cycles.
• Oversee product metrics and company-wide reporting on feature impact in collaboration with the data team.
• Evaluate initiatives for customer or business value and propose alternatives where necessary.
• Integrate user research into ongoing product development in partnership with the Head of UX.
• Refine product management workflows, specifically focusing on planning, documentation, and reporting.
• Support product discovery and early team structuring for new product initiatives in coordination with engineering.
• Establish company-wide communication regarding product strategy and document product decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in a product leadership role such as Head of Product, Product Lead, or Group Product Manager
• Experience with digital B2C products in a fast-growing company
• Ability to work permanently from Germany with a valid work permit
