Head of Product

About the role

Dr. Ansay is seeking a Head of Product to coordinate cross-product roadmaps and OKR cycles during a scale-up phase. This newly created role focuses on optimizing product efficiency, reporting, and strategic communication while bridging the gap between the CPO and the product team. The successful candidate will drive structure and process improvements to ensure new and existing product initiatives deliver maximum value.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-product roadmaps across multiple product lines and teams while resolving dependencies.
• Link team-level OKRs and Key Results to the overarching product strategy.
• Manage product metrics and company-wide reporting on feature impact in collaboration with the data team.
• Evaluate initiatives to ensure they provide sufficient customer or business value and propose alternatives.
• Integrate user research into ongoing product development alongside the UX team.
• Refine product management workflows, specifically regarding planning, documentation, and reporting.
• Support product discovery and early team structuring for new initiatives in coordination with engineering.
• Establish company-wide communication regarding product strategy and document product decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Product Leadership role such as Head of Product, Product Lead, or Group Product Manager
• Experience with digital B2C products in a fast-growing company
• Ability to work permanently from Germany with a valid work permit
