About the role

Heim is seeking a founding Head of Product to lead the development of an AI-native platform designed to make home the default setting for healthcare access. This executive-level role involves defining the product roadmap, shaping AI-native product strategy, and ensuring the delivery of safe, scalable software for a growing network of clinical practitioners. You will work closely with founders and engineers to bridge the gap between frontline clinical needs and technical execution.

Responsibilities

• Shape product direction, execution, and standards to scale the AI platform for home-based patient care.
• Define and implement an AI-native product strategy, focusing on agentic systems and team structure.
• Drive organizational clarity and accountability to meet rapidly growing demand.
• Act as the primary link between community nursing realities and software development to identify high-impact improvements.
• Maintain ultimate responsibility for the quality and continuous improvement of the technology stack.
