Data specialist

About the role

Watershed is looking for an analytically-minded and detail-oriented individual to join the Customer Data Services team in London. You will work hands-on to review, transform, and upload customer business data into the Watershed platform to help clients measure, report, and act on their environmental impacts.

Responsibilities

• Clean and transform customer business data into Watershed templates to reduce customer friction and drive time-to-value
• Interface with customers to understand their raw data and guide them towards the proper solutions
• Leverage judgment to assess, advise, and execute on data cleaning best practices
• Rigorously document decisions to ensure traceability of data manipulations during 3rd-party verifications
• Synthesize customer experiences and feedback to drive continuous improvement of our services and software
