About the role

Veepee is seeking an intern to join the Accounts Receivable team to assist with financial monitoring and data management projects. The role involves ensuring data accuracy, cleaning client databases, and supporting the transition to electronic invoicing systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client databases to identify and correct inconsistencies or obsolete information.
• Manage duplicate accounts and standardize client records.
• Examine client accounts including aging balances and suspense accounts to resolve anomalies.
• Contribute to the preparation and data migration phases for E-Invoicing compliance.
• Participate in testing new functionalities related to electronic billing.
