About the role
Eight Advisory is seeking an ambitious and diligent Manager or Senior Manager to join their Transaction Services team in Frankfurt and Munich. The role involves performing financial due diligence for company acquisitions and sales while managing client engagements and team deliverables. You will work alongside senior experts to identify key business drivers and provide high-value financial advice to private equity firms and corporate clients.
Responsibilities
- Perform financial due diligence procedures for company and business transactions.
- Identify and analyze key business drivers and potential transaction impacts.
- Manage day-to-day engagements and serve as the primary client point of contact.
- Prepare and present reports and deliverables for various stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and steering to team members.
- Contribute to internal and external business development and thought leadership.
