Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will oversee day-to-day fund finance operations, including portfolio monitoring, cash flow management, fund accounting, and compliance. This role involves a strong focus on automating finance and administrative workflows to improve efficiency and generate actionable portfolio insights. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Finance and collaborate with partners, fund administrators, and tax advisors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and automate finance and administrative workflows to reduce manual tasks.
• Collect and analyze reporting from portfolio companies using AI to generate actionable insights.
• Manage liquidity planning, management fees, invoicing, capital calls, and distributions.
• Review fund administrator work and support the preparation of quarterly reports, annual financial statements, and tax filings.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting and KYC/AML requirements.
• Execute ad hoc projects related to finance and FX management.
