About the role

KHZV PLUS GmbH is seeking a student to support their consulting team in the healthcare sector. The role involves assisting with administrative tasks, coordinating meetings, and preparing documentation to support hospital controlling and budget negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Unterstützung des Beratungsteams im Tagesgeschäft
• Organisation und Koordination von Terminen, Unterlagen und internen Abstimmungen
• Vorbereitung und Nachbereitung von Besprechungen sowie Pflege von Aufgaben- und Terminübersichten
• Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Überarbeitung von Präsentationen, Dokumenten und Auswertungen
• Pflege und Aktualisierung von Daten, Ablagen und Übersichten
• Bearbeitung allgemeiner Anfragen und Unterstützung bei der internen Kommunikation
• Recherchen zu aktuellen Themen im Gesundheitswesen und in der Krankenhauswirtschaft
