About the role

The bilacon GmbH is seeking a student assistant to support the sample registration process. You will ensure the smooth flow of samples from arrival to analysis within a professional laboratory environment. This role offers practical experience in food analysis and administrative support.

Responsibilities

• Transfer customer and product information into the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)
• Register incoming food and feed samples including weighing, labeling, and photo documentation
• Independently set up examination parameters to ensure timely processing
• Manage and reconcile Excel spreadsheets and perform general administrative tasks
• Assist in customer communication to clarify order details
• Provide support in various laboratory areas and sample preparation

Qualifications
