Junior Full Stack Developer

About the role

The Junior Full Stack Developer will maintain, configure, and expand operational systems including Zoho CRM and related tools. The role involves developing automation and business logic using Python and JavaScript, as well as building and testing LLM-based AI agents. You will also design data exchange processes via REST APIs and support internal stakeholders by translating process requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, configure, and expand operational systems such as Zoho CRM, Desk, Books, and Sign
• Develop automation and business logic using Deluge, Python, and JavaScript
• Build and improve LLM-based solutions, including AI agents and prompt engineering
• Design and implement data exchange between systems via REST APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms
• Debug integrations and resolve data quality issues by analyzing logs and API calls
• Support internal stakeholders by translating process requirements into maintainable solutions
• Document solutions to ensure maintainability and clarity
• Contribute to frontend and UI development within the CRM interface
