Senior Workday Solution Architect - HR Technology

About the role

As a Senior HR Tech Solution Architect, you will join the People & Organization Digital Transformation team to shape and transform Flix's global HR technology landscape. You will support the architecture, integration, and governance framework across a complex, multi-entity organization to ensure technology enables the company's HR target operating model. This role acts as a bridge between HR functional and technology teams, driving global HR technology implementation projects from requirements through go-live.

Responsibilities

• Shape the target HR technology architecture across core HRIS, payroll, time and attendance, talent, recruiting, and document management systems.
• Drive global HRIS transformation initiatives, including platform revamps, redesigns, and migrations.
• Define HR technology integrations and data flows between the HRIS and surrounding enterprise systems using various integration patterns.
• Establish and evolve HR technology governance and control frameworks, including system ownership, security, and data privacy compliance.
• Translate business and process requirements into target-state solutions and executable designs.
