People Operations Specialist

About the role

Perspectives Climate Group is seeking a People Operations Specialist to independently manage HR operations within their Company Resources team. You will be responsible for payroll preparation, employee lifecycle management, and maintaining HR systems while ensuring compliance and data accuracy. This role offers the opportunity to shape HR processes in a mission-driven environment focused on climate protection.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and control monthly payroll for Germany and Belgium, with occasional support for Austria and Switzerland.
• Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including contracts, amendments, and visa-related matters.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries from international staff.
• Maintain HR systems and data quality, including Leapsome and Join.
• Coordinate recruitment operations such as interview scheduling and candidate communication.
• Provide HR metrics and reports for management and project funding requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of experience in People Operations or HR Administration
