The Lead Data Analyst will develop innovative analytical approaches to drive decision-making and answer complex business questions through quantitative analysis. This role involves partnering with data engineering teams to build scalable pipelines, creating commercial models for pricing strategies, and fostering a data-driven culture across the organization. The successful candidate will also mentor team members and influence strategic initiatives through effective communication and data storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative measurement and analytical approaches to understand performance and customer behavior.
• Conduct complex quantitative analysis and experimentation to extract actionable insights.
• Influence strategic and tactical decision-making through proactive communication with leadership.
• Partner with Analytics and Data Engineering teams to implement reliable data pipelines.
• Build commercial models and tools to inform pricing strategies and maximize margins.
• Mentor other analysts to support their professional development and output quality.
