Staff Frontend Engineer / Frontend Architect

About the role

This role is a senior individual contributor position focused on unifying the frontend architecture across two distinct product platforms. You will lead the development of a shared design system and an AI-first prototyping framework to enable product managers and designers to ship production-grade UI. The role requires a hands-on approach, balancing architectural leadership with significant coding responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the target frontend architecture across both React products.
• Build and own the shared design system including tokens, component library, and Web Components.
• Create an AI-first prototyping and contribution framework to enable cross-functional teams.
• Write critical production code and set technical standards for the frontend team.
• Pair with and level up frontend engineers through technical mentorship.
