Senior Full-Stack Engineer

About the role

Qonto is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join the Identity Verification team. You will be responsible for transforming the KYC flow into a provider-agnostic service and improving the conversion path from KYC start to submission. This role involves working across the stack, with a primary focus on backend development using Ruby and Go, alongside web development using React.

Responsibilities

• Replace tightly coupled identity verification solutions with a provider-agnostic service
• Develop and maintain backend services primarily in Ruby with some Go
• Manage web-side provider integrations, including loading SDKs and handling errors
• Collaborate with staff engineers on architecture and complex integrations
• Improve observability and reliability of verification flows in production
