Senior Software Engineer (C# .NET)

About the role

TransPerfect is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their global TechOps team to contribute to the development and execution of software products. You will work within a multidisciplinary group to build scalable client interfaces and core services that support the company's GlobalLink platform. The role involves collaborating across teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions while ensuring high standards of security and performance.

Responsibilities

• Engage in all phases of application development, with a focus on coding and debugging in alignment with security standards throughout the entire lifecycle
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code and APIs to support web and mobile applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, quality assurance, and designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address issues
• Optimize web applications for performance, scalability, and security
• Implement security best practices to safeguard sensitive data
• Develop automation tests and collaborate with automation engineers to ensure business needs are met
• Work closely with users to provide personalized software support
• Document application support and operational procedures
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance
