Chief of Staff

About the role

The Chief of Staff will work directly with the CEO to translate high-level vision into operational and commercial reality during a period of international expansion. This role sits at the intersection of growth, strategy, and operations, focusing on architecting the company's UK market entry and scaling internal processes. The position acts as a founder force multiplier, leading high-impact projects and ensuring strategic initiatives are executed effectively.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead the company's UK market entry, including team growth and local go-to-market strategy.
• Lead customer approach, partnerships, positioning, and brand-building in the UK.
• Act as a proxy for the founders in internal and external meetings to ensure project momentum.
• Lead high-impact strategic initiatives from conception to completion.
• Build and scale repeatable processes and communication loops using AI automation to support company growth.
