Senior Consultant - Transformation Management

About the role

Miebach Consulting is seeking a Senior Consultant to drive transformation management within supply chain projects. You will analyze warehouse processes, develop optimization measures, and lead workshops to implement sustainable improvements. The role involves managing pilot projects, collaborating across departments, and supporting management with structured decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Analyze warehouse processes such as receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and returns to identify optimization potential.
• Develop and implement practical improvement measures using Lean, 5S, or Kaizen approaches.
• Conduct workshops, provide on-the-job coaching, and facilitate training for staff.
• Manage pilot projects independently and drive optimizations within daily operations.
• Collaborate across IT, planning, and production interfaces to ensure smooth workflows.
• Prepare decision-making foundations and create presentations for management.
• Lead national and international projects with a focus on successful implementation.
