Change Manager

About the role

The Change Manager will lead the rollout of new tools, systems, and standardized processes at the Berlin fulfillment center. This role bridges strategy and execution by owning the site's change and project pipeline to ensure successful implementation and sustainable operational improvements. You will partner with local and central stakeholders to align resources, monitor KPIs, and drive systemic excellence.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for change and continuous improvement at our Berlin fulfillment center, acting as the site's go-to person for all improvement initiatives
• Lead the project management office to track progress, monitor KPIs, and report outcomes
• Partner with stakeholders to align resources, scope, and priorities
• Provide input to process improvement, innovation roadmaps, and best-practice standardization
• Support site operations during peak demand by problem-solving and metrics reporting
• Own the project and program pipeline for the Berlin FC
