Senior Key Account Manager - Data&AI

About the role

Xebia is seeking a Senior Key Account Manager to drive the expansion of their Data and AI business in Switzerland. The role focuses on strategic partnership management, particularly with Databricks, while identifying new market opportunities and guiding enterprise clients through their digital transformation. You will bridge the gap between partner management, business development, and enterprise sales to position Xebia as a leading partner in the data and AI space.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the sales of Data and AI services in Switzerland
• Strategic expansion of the partnership with Databricks
• Development of joint go-to-market initiatives and sales campaigns with Databricks
• Building and maintaining close relationships with Databricks account executives and partner teams
• Identification of new customers and development of existing enterprise accounts
• Consulting clients on data strategy, data engineering, analytics, AI, and GenAI
• Development and management of complex sales opportunities through to contract conclusion
• Collaboration with marketing, presales, and delivery teams
• Forecasting, pipeline management, and responsibility for revenue growth
