Influencer Marketing Manager

About the role

As an Influencer Marketing Manager at 7Mind, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of influencer campaigns to drive measurable growth. You will handle creator scouting, contract negotiations, and campaign execution while providing high-quality content for performance marketing and partnership ads. You will work within a four-person team to optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights and foster long-term relationships with creators.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage cross-platform influencer campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and podcasts.
• Negotiate terms, deliverables, and contracts with creators, management agencies, and partners.
• Manage partnership ads and UGC ads, including usage rights and performance optimization.
• Analyze campaign performance using KPIs such as CAC, conversions, reach, and engagement to optimize future strategies.
• Oversee creator co-creations and ambassador programs to drive performance.
• Maintain sustainable relationships with creators and act as their primary point of contact.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, ideally in B2C, app, or subscription environments
