Operations Manager

About the role

As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the operational management of projects from contract signature to completion. You will ensure that projects are handled in a structured, efficient, and profitable manner while maintaining synchronization across internal teams. Your role is to drive projects forward, monitor KPIs, and proactively address any bottlenecks or risks to project timelines and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage projects from signature to completion with the goal of reducing cycle time.
• Proactively intervene when time KPIs are exceeded or risks to profitability and customer satisfaction arise.
• Ensure projects are complete, buildable, and accurately represented in the system.
• Monitor project documentation completeness and ensure missing items are obtained in a timely manner.
• Manage project profitability by identifying bottlenecks and waiting times early.
• Collaborate with the Customer Support team and handle proactive, project-specific communication.
• Maintain transparent project status updates and provide clarity on blockers and required actions.
