Senior Project Manager

About the role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a key role in the successful implementation of our SaaS workforce management solutions and help scale our operations in the DACH region. You will lead complex customer projects, coordinate interdisciplinary teams, and ensure high quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. This role offers the opportunity to shape our project management methodology while working in a dynamic environment backed by a stable, long-term successful parent company.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex customer projects from planning to successful implementation.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders and manage interdisciplinary project teams.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Serve as the central point of contact for clients and moderate project discussions.
• Standardize project methodology and create scalable processes for future projects.
• Collaborate with implementation consultants to prepare users for product deployment.
